The Covid-19 pandemic proved to be a huge challenge the last two years, and war Ukraine is currently creating uncertainty food industry. In our study, we specifically identify examine risks threatening chains. addition classifying risks, dynamic capabilities that companies need have when operating downstream chain processes order mitigate these risks. research uses qualitative methodology explores range required corporate through interviews with manufacturers as focal chain. We hypothesise sensing capability flexibility, well communication coordination skills, will key managing threats. As result can ascertain security operations does not only depend on capabilities.
